At Shining Legends, we are committed to ensuring our customers’ satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes, a product may not meet your expectations or you may have second thoughts. To address such situations and provide clarity, we have crafted a comprehensive return policy.

This policy outlines the conditions under which returns are accepted, the process to follow, and details about refunds. We encourage you to read through this policy to understand your rights and our obligations to you, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Pre-order Cancellation:

• For pre-order items, cancellation is accepted up to 2 weeks prior to the local release date, except for non-cancelable items.
• Cancellation after payment has been made will incur a sales charge (10% of the price).
• We will also ask you to bear the payment process fee. (4%)
•  Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  
  Example: Cancellation of a 50 USD order
  50 - 5 (sales charge) - 2(payment process fee) = 43 USD refund

Return Period:

• Customers are entitled to a return within 60 days from the date of purchase.

Condition for Returns:

• All products must be returned in their original and unopened condition. Any items that are damaged or opened will not be accepted for return.
• Please note that single cards, booster packs and custom packs are exempt from returns and are not eligible under any circumstances.

Return Procedure:

• If you wish to initiate a return, please contact our customer service team, providing your order number and the reason for the return. Upon review and approval, you will be provided with detailed return instructions.

Refunds:

• After receiving the returned items, they will undergo an inspection. Once approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Shipping Costs:

• We will cover the return shipping expenses.
• If return is not due to product issues, we would kindly ask you to bear the return shipping + administration fee (15% of the order) and bank transfer fee (4%) + packing material fee (2 USD) will be charged.
