If your order includes both pre-ordered and in-stock items all items will be shipped together once the pre-ordered items become available.

If you require the in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order for those items.

We provide free shipping for everything sold in-store with add-ons displayed at checkout.

At Shining Legends, we’re proud to connect collectors around the world with official Japan-exclusive TCG accessories. While we ship globally, it’s important to note that we are not responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or regulations that may apply in your country. Any duties, taxes, or import fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

We strongly encourage customers to check with their local customs office to confirm that the items they are ordering are allowed to be imported. As the importer of record, you are responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations.

We will always do our part to ship your order exactly as requested, to the shipping address you provide. Please double-check your address at checkout, as we cannot modify international addresses after shipment. Errors may lead to delays, rejections, or return of the package.

You are responsible for ensuring the legality of your purchase in your country.

All import duties, taxes, and fees are to be paid by the recipient upon delivery, if applicable.

If a shipment is refused, rejected by customs due to item restrictions, or returned due to an incorrect or unreachable address, we will refund the product cost only, once it is returned to us. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check it's status.
