Pre-order Cancellation
Before when will I have to cancel my order?
For pre-order items, cancellation is accepted up to 2 weeks prior to the local release date, except for non-cancelable items.
Are there charges for pre-order cancellation?
Cancellation after payment has been made will incur a sales charge (10% of the price).
We will also ask you to bear the payment process fee. (4%)
How will the refunds be proceeded?
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Example: Cancellation of a 50 USD order
50 - 5 (sales charge) - 2(payment process fee) = 43 USD refund
Return Period
How long is the return period?
Customers are entitled to a return within 60 days from the date of purchase.
What are the Condition for Returns?
All products must be returned in their original and unopened condition. Any items that are damaged or opened will not be accepted for return.
Please note that single cards, booster packs and custom packs are exempt from returns and are not eligible under any circumstances.
Return Procedure
How do I return my products?
If you wish to initiate a return, please contact our customer service team, providing your order number and the reason for the return.
Upon review and approval, you will be provided with detailed return instructions.
How about shipping costs?
We will cover the return shipping expenses.
If return is not due to product issues, we would kindly ask you to bear the return shipping + administration fee (15% of the order) and bank transfer fee (4%) + packing material fee (2 USD) will be charged.
